The Boats: You will enjoy the angling aboard one of the fastest boats in the Andaman-the “Mahi Mahi”. Christened after the local name for ‘dorado’ -the boat is as its namesake-swift and a “writhing mass of pure muscle ". This 34’ North star Marine is powered by twin 225HP Mercury Optimax OBMs. Below deck are 2 cabins, a fully equipped galley and a toilet. The” Badmash”(the local name for the Shark)-free and wild spirited ,35’ GC Marine is powered by twin 225HP Mercury Optimax OBMs, below deck is a cabin, a fully equipped galley and a toilet. The crew: is local, fluent in Hindi, Tamil, and Bengali and conversant with English. Their knowledge of the sea and the area is quite unparallel and makes the day more exciting in the safest possible ways. They would ensure that your guests have the best possible trip.    The Equipment : The boats are fitted with a variety of tournament class rods and reels from the 2007 Shimano Catalogue for the 30lb class, 50lb class, 80 lb and the 150 lb class, Depending on the fish you target, one can choose from a variety of plugs, trolling jets and dead or live bait. As for those that like to fish Stand up Style, we also have a range of Harnesses and Fighting Belts tackle.

The Season: The season is between October and early April

Our TripsWe offer 2 types of trips: Liv Ashore and Liv Aboard We are of course happy to assist with any ground arrangements (hotels, transportation etc) that your guests may require, in case needed. The charter charge for the boats is as follows: A. Liv Ashore rates (maximum 4 anglers)1.      Standard fishing package: INR 49,000/- These packages are for places in and around Port Blair/Havelock IE for fishing destinations within a 30NM area.Around Port Blair we offer packages to Can Island, Brother Sister Island, passage Island Around Havelock we offer trips to Neil, Chota Neil, John Lawrence, Henry Lawrence, Peel, South Button, North button, Inglis and Outram islands.   2. Supreme Fishing package: Rs. 69,000/ These packages are for fishing destinations beyond 30NM that are isolated and therefore offer extremely fertile grounds.
